Bryce and the whole Kiwi team are absolutely incredible, they are fun and easy to work with and always are helping find great solutions to different ideas we have. I would definitely recommend Kiwi productions

Edmonton Unlimited

Kiwi Productions exceeded all expectations when it came to audio and visual support for Edmonton Startup Week, hosted annually by Edmonton Unlimited, including Launch Party, our flagship event. The expertise and flexibility of Bryce and his team was evident by the the setup in our space that allowed us to host over 30 events back-to-back throughout the week, the production for Launch Party at the Edmonton Convention Centre, and the content series featuring our Launch Party companies on the Alberta Impact podcast. We leaned on them heavily for audio support in our space for different events, plus the ability to record most of the sessions. The production value that included large screens that displayed content, slide decks, and camera angles, along with audio options, lights, and stage accessories made the experience for everyone involved both on and off the stage seamless and memorable. For a smaller team, they are mighty and their passion for producing a well-polished product and experience resonated with us the most. It was more than just a job to them; it was like they were part of the team. Recommending Kiwi Productions is a no brainer for us, because when it comes to dealing with an A/V vendor, they make the process simple. Plus, they’re always willing to go the extra step to help bring our vision to life beyond our expectations. The success of our event would not have been possible without Kiwi Productions, and we are so grateful to have them as partners!

When you host a 3 day conference with over 1000 attendees, including 650 students, 225 volunteers, 150 people from partnering organizations, and executives from multi-billion $ companies, you need an AV provider that is professional, adaptable, and organized. We required entertainment for 2 major events with 700+ attendees: an opening ceremony and a formal gala for Canada's largest Undergraduate business case competition and conference. Bryce and his team provided our projectors, screens, camera work, live streaming capabilities, switching, and essentially ran our show on the technical side. JDC West is a complex weekend: it involves 7 events, each with over 700 people with extremely tight turnarounds to move attendees from one event to another. This makes planning, setup, and organization prior to the event critical to success, and Bryce's decades of experience in the events space provided value immediately by knowing which camera angles to use in the room and how to reposition our extremely tight ballroom to provide adequate space for equipment. We had initially planned to use a more inexpensive option for our projectors and stream switching, but it became evident we needed help, and Bryce's team were a joy to work with for our planning committee, our event staff, management at The Westin, and our audio provider, Market Sound. From the first meeting with Kiwi Productions, it became clear that Bryce would go above and beyond to make our event work. Our whole team felt like Kiwi was a true partner, not just a vendor. Above all else, Bryce is a fair and professional partner who truly cares about his clients' events. You see dozens of 5 star reviews about Kiwi Productions, and with good reason. Kiwi Productions delivered in spades, and I am proud to have Bryce in my network of professionals I can rely on in the industry.

I've worked on a variety of events, large and small, with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions. In all cases the entire team demonstrated a perfect combination of professionalism, expertise and flexibility. They constantly offered support and assistance in order to maximize the value experience of my event attendees. Communication with Bryce is excellent and his attention to detail, informed by his years of experience, is impressive. I will use Kiwi's expertise again and I don't hesitate to recommend Bryce and his team for any scenario that requires expert AV and technology services.

Kiwi Productions has been a stand up company to deal with. We (track and field team) only have good things to say about them. They are prompt, organized and really detailed in all their work. We have been using them for ~8 years. They have provided great solutions on the video/web stream front and interface with our timers and technical crew really well to bring results and video into one place. The end product is really professional and has allowed us to do unique and different things in our sport. They have been able to educate us on better and efficient ways to host events and have brought solutions we wouldn't have thought of on our own. The audio value they have brought has been amazing. Truly can't say enough good things about them and would recommend you start here.

Very professional, knowledgeable team and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire recording process. Top-notch studio establishment. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, had a great time recording a corporate video at Kiwi Studios and plan to use them again in the future.

Kiwi provided a projector tech for a commercial film shoot and he handled our unique rear projection needs with ease. Flawless performance throughout the day and an awesome attitude. I would highly recommend Kiwi Productions!

Kiwi Productions is a small team running a big show - and they do not disappoint. We found them with a simple google search for “livestream event production”, but really they were so much more - They were host extraordinaire to our entire team, both on screen and off. Professional and experienced, and confident in their industry, they took good care of us and walked us through. And then, after a really big win, we celebrated… together. We highly recommend and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Kiwi!

Kiwi Productions supported a large multi-day conference for EPCOR in March 2023 and they were incredible to work with. They provided a full suite of A/V services including production (lighting, screens, music, video feed, and more) as well as post-event video editing. Bryce and the team are wonderful to work with - creative, professional, reliable, and flexible (something exciting always happens with an in-person event!) I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Best ever production/AV company we have ever used. We’ve been using Encore for over a decade and I’m SO glad we took a leap of faith and tried out Bryce for our event. His team is so knowledgeable and friendly, they came up with so many ideas for us. Their prices were so competitive, I would say good luck finding someone that will give you this level of care and production for anything near what you’ll get elsewhere. Our event ended yesterday and we have already booked with Kiwi Productions for 2024! If anyone would like a reference please call Bryce and ask for my number and I’d be happy to tell you why you should look no further. Thank you so much Bryce!
