Audiovisual Design and Setup – Halls f&g

We rigged the full space using 120 feet of Christie truss downstage and upstage, suspended with 14 ChairMaster motors to support all lighting, projection, and audio elements with precision and safety.

To ensure excellent sight-lines and a bold visual impact, we deployed a 5-screen projection design powered by five 16,000-lumen Epson laser projectors:

• Three large-format screens framed the stage for balanced visuals.
• Two delay screens were placed mid-room to ensure clarity for all attendees

The backdrop was draped in black velour, paired with NorQuest-red colourband uplights for a rich professional, high-contrast aesthetic. Our plexiglass podium added a sleek touch to the center stage.

For video coverage, we used our JVC broadcast cameras with ultra long-throw lenses to provide crisp IMAG (Image Magnification) on all screens.

Audio Excellence

Sound was handled with our JBL line array system, offering crystal-clear coverage throughout the hall. A complete microphone kit—including lavs, headsets, and wireless handhelds which ensured flexibility for all presenters. The show was executed with our audio switchers, video switchers, and led by our senior AV technicians to ensure seamless transitions and technical excellence.

Live Captioning and Programming

Accessibility was a key priority for this event. We provided seamless live captioning, ensuring that all attendees could fully engage with the program both in the main hall and the breakout rooms.

Kiwi Productions handled the overall programming with precision while ensuring the captions were displayed clearly and in real-time. This detail added another layer of inclusivity and professionalism to the event, contributing to its overall success.

Breakout Rooms: Consistent Experience, Scaled Smartly

Each of the three breakout rooms was outfitted with:

• 7.5’ x 13’ screen and drape kits.
• 8,000-lumen Epson laser projectors.
• JBL speaker kits on stands.
• Podiums, full mic kits, audio switchers and video switchers.
• Dedicated technicians for smooth execution
